swift 5: Bluetooth Central and Peripheral

一般都是把 iPad或 iPhone 當成 Central端, 再對 Peripheral(Device)進行控制

反過來就得要使用 CBPeripheralManager

但是測了幾個CBPeripheralManager範例, 使用兩台iPad連線, GATT傳輸都不是很穩定.
